Your homeowner engages us directly and you pay nothing. We work to your schedule and hand the documented selections back to you.

How we work with builders

Good to know

A $100 deposit reserves your appointment and comes off the total.
Travel included within 30 miles or 30 minutes. Beyond that, a flat $50 per trip.
The balance is invoiced before work begins.
